How to Vent Frustration 101
Turn on your favorite music.
Before the heavy feeling passes, turn on the shower.
First look yourself in the eye, tell yourself the truth.
What’s your frustration? What did you do?
No. Not what did THEY do.
What did YOU do?
Step in shower.
Let water run off your pain.
Scream. Cry if you need to.
Regroup. Kindly redress yourself.
Pull your center in.
Resolve to be better, starting now.
Look yourself in the eye again and agree to it.
Send out carrier pigeons seeking out targets.
Don’t alarm the masses with your fears and your anxiety.
Don’t drag your frustrations across the lives of those who are not equipped to be your keeper.
Don’t steal the potential from someone’s life, just because you are frustrated.
